Definitions:

1. “We,” “us,” or “our” refers to Hassan Co-Operative Milk Producer’s Societies Union Ltd and its affiliates.
2. “User” or “Users” refers to Distribution Agents

Purpose:

3. These terms govern the relationship between Distribution Agents and Hassan Co-Operative Milk Producer’s Societies Union Ltd regarding milk & milk products supply.

Payment Terms:

4. Payment for milk & milk products supplied will be made within timeframe of receipt.

Agent Responsibilities:

5. User need to raise the indent for supply of milk and milk products.

Amendments:

6. We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued participation implies acceptance.

 Use of Terms 

Acceptance:

1. By registering or participating in our milk distribution program, users accept these terms.

 No Refund Policy 

No Refund:

1. Payments made for milk & milk products supply are non-refundable.

Transaction Finality:

2. Milk & milk products supply transactions are final upon payment confirmation.

No Cancellation:

3. Payments cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

Exceptions:

4. No exceptions to this policy.
